Mister No is guiding two religious men, Father Albarn and the young Ignacio Gonzalo, to the mission of São José. Ignacio hopes to find his cousin Gabriel, captured fourteen years earlier by the Nambicuara Indians, who had massacred his parents. He finds it, but two shady individuals, the hunter Ruiz and Moraes, want to capture the white Indian... Ruiz and Moraes have killed some Nambicuara, who vent their anger against the innocent missionaries and against Mister No. Terror reigns in São José, but young Gabriel likes Jerry's jacket, and this will save his life. When Mister No discovers the identity of his true enemy, he will have a really nice surprise...
