Martin Mystère is looking for the second part of a book that tells of Atlantis and Mu. This investigation will lead him to investigate the author of the volume, the journalist Rudolph Preskett, and what relationships he had with the Men in Black. And how he was involved in the affair of the "airship", a real UFO that was repeatedly sighted in 1896. At the end of the book, some mysterious attacks in New York kick off a new adventure for the Detective of the Impossible.
