In the scientific research institute of Fort Yamamoto, Professor Lavigny and Dr. Mizuko are studying the brain of Pacinko, a child with incredible powers. The scientists, however, are not the only ones interested in the boy's extraordinary potential and, when he manages to escape from the institute, Colonel Nakamura mobilizes the army to find him. Legs Weaver, hired by Professor Lavigny, will have to find Pacinko before he is captured by the military.
