Agent Weaver has been trying in vain to get his hands on Nobel for a long time, a skilled thief with eight hits in a year to his credit. So, when Jack Willis shows up at Agenzia Alfa saying he knows the identity of the mysterious criminal, Legs doesn't even think about it for a minute. The infamous Nobel is, in fact, Jack's brother, whom he has not seen for some time and with whom he has always had a relationship of great competition.
