Legs accompanies Rick, the neighbor madly in love with her, to the comic exhibition of Peter Rooster, famous author of the adventures of the Solver, inspired by a mysterious fanatic who acts as a masked vigilante. Mr. Lewis, director of the rival publishing house, envious of Rooster's success, tasks the Alfa Agency with capturing and unmasking the Solver in the flesh.
