In Wylmeth, Texas, a man has disappeared. His son Ahmed, having returned to the village, begins searching for him with the help of his old friend Leo Baxter, but it seems that no one knows anything about the old Saber. Indeed, Leo is attacked by three thugs and even our criminologist, who has come to take part in the investigation, receives a disturbing welcome.
