On the trail of an old man who disappeared into thin air, Dylan gets lost in an incredible journey to the edge of life, between dreams and nightmares, hopes and regrets, of someone who, having reached his last days, still has a great weight on his conscience which, like an anchor, holds him in a world to which he no longer belongs. A new nightmare for the investigator, who this time finds himself fighting against an invasion of particularly aggressive and intelligent cockroaches. Asking for the intervention of some professional exterminators seems like the only possible choice, until this idea turns out to be a terrible mistake with deadly consequences... A dark and stormy night, thunder and a scream. It is with a somewhat obvious start that this new chilling adventure of the tenant of Craven Road begins, prisoner of a village whose inhabitants keep a terrible secret that Dylan and Groucho will have to reveal if they want to leave the country's borders alive. On the way home, Dylan's Beetle leaves him stranded again, and right in the middle of nowhere. In a surreal place where the first of a series of incredible characters doesn't take long to make his appearance: a strange boy who tames foxes and who asks Dylan to draw him a sheep...
