Henry Cornell is the classic cop who fights crime with all the anger a man tortured by life can be capable of. Rather than arrest the bad guys, he prefers to crumble them. Unfortunately for him, one bad day, during one of his crazy anti-crime missions, Cornell ends up burned alive in a fire.
