Il nido del Draughen

Sera and Elara, Ian's mother, are together in the building of the Imperial Naturalists guild. Elara is showing the little elf the animals enclosed in the imperial zoo and the splendid forest of Sintesilvhe, the light trees, located right in the center of the building. At one point, Elara and Sera arrive in a remote wing of the building, where they are surprised by the lack of employees. Continuing the exploration, they discover that two large green spiders of the jungle, a male and a female, have escaped from their cages, killed the guards and established a den in the palace. They are first attacked by the male, which Elara manages to kill. Soon after, Elara realizes that the eggs laid by the female are about to hatch, so there's no time to sound the alarm. She helped by Sera and using oil she manages to set fire to the eggs and cobwebs so as to destroy them. At this point the female attacks them. They manage to escape, but the spider joins them in the Sintesilvhe wood. Here Sera calls Nature to help, which responds with the Stranglers, plants that come out of the ground and kill the spider that was chasing them. Finally she is safe, Sera and Elara remain for some time in the woods, in silence.
