Nat Love—also known as Deadwood Dick—enlists among the soldiers of the Ninth Cavalry of the United States Army to escape a lynching. He will learn to break horses and endure barracks life, while training to hunt down rebellious Indians, until, in the wild prairie territories, he finds himself face to face with the Apaches...

Adapted from a story by Joe R. Lansdale, and true to the Texas writer’s irreverent style, crackling with inventiveness and irony, this graphic novel hurls us into an ugly, dirty, mean Far West where violence reigns supreme.
