After helping put an end to the bloody tyranny of the evil Duke Raoul, Zagor and Cico set off on new adventures. This time the threat comes in the form of a tribe of savage Indians who, enraged at gold miners who have violated their sacred land, pour out blind wrath on the Spirit with the Hatchet and his Mexican friend. After Zagor frees Cico captured by the Oneida, second part of the story begins where Zagor punishes an evil gold digger who murdered his own partner out of greed.

Short story of Giubba Rossa, unfortunately for these short story it was not possible to trace the authors.
Giubba Rossa in Italy was created by Gian Luigi Bonelli in 1959, as a continuation of an English series, in which the character was called Thunder Jack and then Dick Daring.
This short story published in the appendix to Zagor's strips are almost certainly the transposition into Italian of stories published in England.
The character of Dick Daring of the Mounties, created by Reg Bunn, debuted in Thriller Picture Library magazine no. 217, in 1958. This magazine (which over the years also changed its name to Thriller Comic and Thriller Comics Library) was part of the Fleetway Publications.
