There are two editions, the first is from 1938 and is published in a non-series register (Albi Juventus supplement, even if it does not bear this inscription) by Edizioni SADEL (those, to be clear, of GL Bonelli's "Bible"). The second is, instead, published in 1940 by SESA (Audace) in n°5 of the third series of the Audace supplements.
