A space shuttle with Nathan Never on board is intercepted by the space pirate Rockhal, who Agent Alfa has already met in the past. For the passengers of the shuttle, a long and dramatic odyssey begins which will force different people (a fugitive murderer, a stripper, an expectant mother, an alcoholic doctor, a man wrongly convicted and the courageous shuttle pilot) to get to know each other better and to collaborate for their own salvation...
