During an evening at a restaurant, Marvin witnesses a clash between the rapper Tattoo and the black mafia boss Dolby. After being cared for by "Gray", an outcast who lives surrounded by rats in the city's sewer network, Tattoo, now almost voiceless, begins his revenge.
