A rescue mission is organized from Earth to reach the Argo base, lost in space. Link is also on board the Cochrain spaceship, equipped with impulse engines. However, General Blear and his Praetorians manage to sabotage the mission. Meanwhile, Jack, April and the other members of the Argo base, having crossed the energy string, will find themselves in an unknown galaxy at the mercy of the war between the Ardalhaveians, the Triekku and the Baikuu.
