Yes, he perhaps deserved a story of his own, but instead he is the star of just one moment. In cinematic jargon, his appearance would be called a “cameo”, a little gem. A few, dazed pages towards the end of an adventure (numbers 24 and 25) that began as a "mystery" (the search for the "key witness" "Digging" Bill) and continued with cheerful inlays of genres, without putting limits on the carefree fantasy that animates it. It is not even known if he is really a pirate, this guardian of Captain Kidd's non-existent treasure, and perhaps he is not even crazy. He just decided to keep the miserable, banal reality of nothingness locked in his chest.
