Giovanni De Feo
Giovanni De Feo (born Rome, 1973) is an Italian novelist and screenwriter. A graduate in film history and winner of the 2003 Solinas Prize for best original screenplay, he has published fantasy novels with Italian houses such as e/o, Salani and Fazi — his debut Il Mangianomi is regarded as one of the first fantasy novels set in Italy — and has placed weird-fiction short stories in US outlets including Conjunctions and Lightspeed. As a screenwriter he wrote the film L'Uomo Fiammifero, directed by Marco Chiarini.
His first work for Sergio Bonelli Editore was the 96-page Mister Punch, drawn by Giulio Rincione and published in February 2021 as Dylan Dog Color Fest no. 36.
