Gino Cossio was an Italian comics artist, the youngest of three comics-creating brothers alongside Carlo and Vittorio Cossio. He began working professionally during the Second World War, drawing the album Un'Avventura sul Potomac for the publisher Edital.
For the publisher Alpe he drew the series Ipnos, scripted by Gianluigi Bonelli, as well as La Regina dei Tapanhunas; he also produced twenty albums of Dick Lepre for Editrice Tomasina. In the early 1950s he created the short-lived Il Leone del Tigrai (Edizioni Gioventù) and, from 1954, Ruzzolino for the magazine Crì Crì published by Dardo. His later comics work included the series Silver (1959) and Z 5 Vampir (1965).
